With nearly 27 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, Shaleen has witnessed the profession’s remarkable evolution from handwritten applications to today’s streamlined, technology-driven process. Along the way, she has earned recognition at the highest levels, including Leader’s Club, President’s Club, and Chairman’s Club honors. She was also named to the Citizens Bank President’s Club in both 2024 and 2025, an achievement reserved for the top 10% of performers across the organization, and is ranked among the top 1% of mortgage lenders nationally.

As a Producing Mortgage Sales Manager at Citizens Bank, Shaleen leads a team of experienced loan officers while continuing to actively originate loans herself. She is passionate about mentoring her team, helping each individual grow production and advance professionally. She also works alongside Aran Mahtani as part of the Mahtani Mortgage team under Citizens Bank, offering financing solutions for first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and real estate investors, including Conventional, FHA, Jumbo, and new construction loans tailored to each client’s financial goals.

Known for hard work, transparency, and long-term commitment, Shaleen has built lasting relationships with clients and referral partners over the years. She maintains customer satisfaction scores above 99%, supported by consistent 5-star Google reviews. Her promise is simple: to be a committed mortgage partner throughout the process and well beyond closing, always keeping her clients’ financial goals first. Outside of work, she serves as Co-Team Lead for Children’s Hope India in New York City and New Jersey and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, reflecting her deep commitment to expanding opportunity through homeownership and community service.
